Our high definition plasma is 4.8m x 2.2m x 260 amp Hypertherm plasma
We use a 260 amp machine with hypertherm technology, superior cut quality and consistency.
HyPerformance plasma cuts fine-feature parts with superior quality and consistency.
Hydefinition technology aligns and focuses the plasma arc for more powerful precision cutting up to 64mm (2 ½”).
HDI PLASMA TECHNOLOGY
HDI technology delivers HyDefinition cut quality on thin stainless steel, with extremely sharp edge quality, shiny surface finish and superior angularity with reduced angle variation.
The plasma uses software and an autogas console to endeavour the best quality cut including heavy stainless steel with no soot marks and minimal dross.
Patented True Hole technology produces hole quality that is significantly better than anything previously achieved by plasma.
We are able to receive different file types including DXF-DWG-STEP-IGES files.
Our plasma table is 4.8m x 2.2m. We use the latest software to nest and draw all components to be cut in the most economical way for the client and we try to reflect this in the price.
